Established in 2004 as a “Gopchang House” in South Korea, our Gopchang Story BBQ experience focuses on beef intestines called Gopchang, Makchang & many traditional-style Korean barbecue meat dishes like galbi as well as jeongol, a Korean style hot-pot.
